Yes – our custom keytags are compatible with MindBody software!

That said, we’ve never known the details about how to link your clients to our keytags … until now!

A recent post on MindBody’s website provides all the necessary details:

Assigning ID Numbers to your clients:

Before clients can start signing in on their own, you’ll need to make sure that the ID Numbers you give them matches the ID Numbers inside their Client Profiles.

• To do this, select a client, navigate to his or her Client Profile, and expand the “Edit Name” Section.
• A pop-up box will open that says “Scan Barcode Now…”
• Next, scan or type the number from the card into this field and press Enter. Now the client’s ID Number matches the number on his or her card.
• Once this step is complete, the system will know which client’s are signing in on the Self Sign-In Screen
